Just wanted to say Thanks for sharing the info on your experience with Festool Products. I bought two sanders and the ct22 vacuum. I haven't had the opportunity to realy try the one sander...the 150 eq...until yesterday. Man does it work GREAT! Just like Don said... Won't bog down no matter how hard you try and NO, I mean NO dust. I sanded 5 backs inside and out in about an hour and a half to perfection. I did it right in the middle of MY LIVING ROOM! Normaly, this would have started world war III with my wife. It was just too hot and humid to go outside where I usually do my dusty work ( 93deg in the shade and 80% humidity) No complaints at all. She came home and didn't even know I had worked there. THANKS AGAIN DON! |

Cool! Now if only I could afford to buy some of them for myself I would...starting with a drill to replace my old DeWalt. |

I'm amazed that the Festool can generate a lot of extraction with a 1" diameter hose. Must have extremely high static pressure to get some volume? Nelson |

What I find amazing about the festool stuff is that when you hold the stuff in your hand, you can almost "feel" the tightness of the engineering in the tools. It makes other stuff seem more cheap and mass-produced, if that makes any sense at all. There's a certain instant response when you pull the triggers on the stuff, and yet it's more powerful when you actually use it than what it seems when you turn it on. It's hard to describe until you try one of those things out. Man, I'm envious of you guys! |
